The stamping strength needs to be selected according to the texture depth and density, and the most suitable thickness is 0.4 mm-3.0 mm. Too-thin plates are easy to crack, and too-thick plates are not conducive to the formation of patterns. 304/316 stainless steel is more suitable for complex texture stamping, while 430 stainless steel is suitable for simple designs due to its poor ductility.
